We loved lounging by the stunning 1,600 m2 signature outdoor pool and enjoying the adults-only pool for a more peaceful vibe. The 4-course menu was delicious and showcased some amazing flavors. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable.

The only downside was that the check-in process felt a bit rushed, which left us a little anxious initially. A bit more attention here would go a long way for first impressions.

Had an amazing time at this fantastic hotel, truly. The service was phenomenal, especially with the staff throwing a surprise romantic dinner for us in the Lebanese restaurant, made our time way more special. Also, the pool area was just breathtaking and so relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

No entertainment options exist for teenagers, and the absence of a shuttle to the nearby mosque is a noticeable gap. The villas suffer from cleanliness issues, with dirty pools and insects. While the rooms are decent, they fall short of the exceptional experience one expects from this brand, especially considering the need to book multiple rooms for a family of four. Dining can quickly become expensive when traveling with kids, as their meals aren't adequately priced for their smaller appetites.
